The POW! WOW! festival happened in Japan (Tokyo) and Taiwan (Taipei, Taichung and Tainan) from October 17th until November 21, 2015.   The festival was founded by Jasper Wong, founder and co-director of POW! WOW! Worldwide.

The festival has simultaneous live art murals, exhibitions, installations and musical performances by a number of international contemporary artists including Case, Kinsey, Fafi, Ben Horton, Faith47, Kevin Ancell, Jeff Soto, Naturel, Omen, Usugrow, Kami, Sasu, Yoshiyasu, Tamura and more.

There were exhibitions in Shibuya, Harajuku and a block party presented by Hawaiian Airlines on Bond Street in Tennozu.
